Welcome to our home: care and attention are the hallmarks of our hospitality, down to every detail.
Federico Comi, originally from Bergamo and half French on his mother's side, was fascinated from an early age by the smell of his grandmother's fresh pasta and drawn to fishmongers. His experiences abroad—England, Colorado, Mexico—learned marinades that still characterize his dishes today.
He grew his career in Milan, at Savini and on the Quinto Piano of the Grand Visconti Palace, before taking the reins of Osteria del Brunello. Today, together with his wife Tiani Taurisano, he runs a restaurant that puts the guest at the center: limited seating, select ingredients, and express preparation.
